INFORMATION CLAUSE

Ladies and Gentlemen,



Based on Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, hereinafter referred to as "GDPR", we inform you that:



The controller of your personal data is Zakład Mechanicniki Precyzyjnej SARD with its registered office in Kolbuszowa Dolna, ul. Wiejska 29, 36-100 Kolbuszowa Dolna, hereinafter referred to as ZMP SARD.



ZMP SARD will process your data to the extent necessary to conduct business activities and/or take actions at your request.

2. Your personal data will be processed solely for the purpose and to the extent of:



  • necessary to prepare a price offer for the request for quotation you submitted,
  • necessary to fulfill the order,
  • necessary for financial settlements,
  • necessary to conclude and perform a contract to which you are or will be a party,
  • necessary to process complaints and archive data.


3. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, on the basis of which we will cease processing your data for the purposes specified in point 3, except where we demonstrate that we have legitimate grounds in relation to your data that override your interests, rights and freedoms, in particular within the framework of our legitimate interest and when the data are necessary to establish, pursue or defend claims.



4. ZMP SARD will process the identification data obtained from you (name, surname, company name, Tax Identification Number, bank account number), address data and contact data (telephone number, e-mail address).



5. Your personal data may be transferred to entities with which ZMP SARD cooperates for the purposes of providing commercial services, e.g. entities providing postal, courier, accounting, legal and IT services.

6. Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country.



7. In connection with the processing of personal data by ZMP SARD, you have the right to:



  • access to personal data,
  • rectification, deletion or restriction of personal data,
  • object to data processing
  • lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.


8. Your personal data will be stored until you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data.



9. Personal data will not be processed in an automated manner, including in the form of profiling.



10. Providing your personal data is voluntary, however, limiting or deleting it may result in the inability to continue cooperation.

Pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (OJ EU L 119 of 04/05/2016), I consent to the processing of my personal data for the purposes of current and future recruitment.

  2. Your personal data will be processed for the purposes of current and future recruitment for a period of up to 2 years - pursuant to Art. 6 paragraph 1 letter a of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 and the Labour Code of 26 June 1974.
  3. You have the right to request access to your personal data from the controller, the right to rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object to processing, the right to transfer data, the right to withdraw consent at any time
  4. you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority
  5. Providing personal data is obligatory under the law and is voluntary in the remaining scope.
