• to undertake the order,

• for financial settlements,

• for the conclusion and implementation of the contract you are or will be your party to,

3. You have the right to object to the storage of your personal data, at which point we will cease processing your data for the purposes set out in point 2. However, if we can demonstrate that we have legally founded grounds on which we are entitled, in particular within our legitimate interest, the data will be necessary to establish, assert or defend our legal claims.

4. ZMP SARD will store your identification data (name, surname, company name, tax ID number, bank account number) obtained from you, address data and contact details (phone number, e-mail address).

5. Your personal data may be transferred to entities with whom ZMP SARD cooperates for the purpose of providing commercial services, e.g. entities performing postal, courier, accounting, legal and IT services.

6. Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries.

In connection with the processing of personal data by ZMP SARD, you have the right to:

• access to personal data,

• rectification, deletion or limitation of personal data,

• object to the processing of data

• file a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you decide that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

8. Your personal data will be stored until your consent to the processing of personal data is revoked.

9. Personal data will not be processed in an automated manner, including in the form of profiling.

10. Providing your personal data is optional, however limiting or deleting it may result in the inability to continue a cooperation.
